Turtle Rock Park Disc Golf Course is In

Last Saturday we finished installing 18 anchors into the ground. Sunday the baskets went up and play has started.

July 26 we started building the fly18 tee pads. We excavated the rocky ground and sunk pressure treated 2 X 4's grade level. Then filled the tee with decomposed granite. This makes a perfect fill that packs down hard and flat.

Trails have been cleared from the pins to the next tee. Tee sign are next.....if we have time in between rounds.

I have been playing well lately and I always think of the place I learned. Lake Tahoe, and there is no one that had more influence on the great courses in that area. Thanks Craig
