There is a valid point made by Donny with travel across the pond for those that are unable to "fly away" to distant lands.

Thanks for the update Ed! It will be nice when they have a permanent course at Okeehelee. For now, I have to drive 35/40 minutes south to Tradewinds in Pompano whenever I'm down that way.

I heard somewhere that the PGA course was removed a year or two ago.. Not 100% on that, but the last time I drove by it I noticed they removed the baskets close to the road due to new football/soccer fields that were put in. I played it once or twice a few years back but it didn't look like disc golf was winning the territory battle on the park grounds.

Hi Mr ed,

I think it's pretty standard DG bag material; heavy duty belt with grommets, 5-pockets ( mine is a custom 4-pocket 'cause I'm vertically challenged--the designer is 6'5" or something so the standard was a 5-pocket), with elastics, plus mini pocket--optional disc 'fly' for rainy weather. It holds 8-9 discs comfortably and remarkably easy to get used to -- nothing more to carry.....except a frosty beverage!

Good Luck,,

Chris

HI Mr Ed,
My waist bag is a 'Throw and Go' from a company called Tommovations. They were popular in the late 90's. Got it when my daughter was born, and have been playing with it ever since. Not sure if the guy is still making them, but you could try to google them....Good Luck! They used to be advertised in the DGWN mags.
