This Saturday is the last Sat Mini of the month so first round at Z Boaz 9am and second round at Weatherford around 1pm. Both ace pots are in effect on the course you're playing at the time.

there is gonna be a 3:00 mini at zboaz today. several new pin positions will be used also. i think there are 6 new spots

Notice: The Weatherford Ice Bowl benefitting the Pythian Home in Weatherford, a local childrens home. Our goal is to donate $1000 and 500 pounds of dry/canned goods. The tourney is scheduled for February 20, 2010.
The entry is $25 per person and will benefit the charity. We are still finalizing the players package, more information to follow. Please rememer to bring food for their pantry as they rely on donations for operating expenses.

NICE ACE BIG BUCK!!!! Now for the other news.....The Sunday mini @ Z Boaz is moving back to its normal 3pm start time.We will be taking sign ups from 2-2:45.If u show up after 2:45 you will be charged an extra 5 bucks.PLEASE DONT BE THAT PERSON.We will be struggling to finish before dark so please dont be late.This week and next is singles.October 11th is bring your partner doubles.

so i guess everyone knows about 18. also, the practice bucket has been moved to 18 until the course fund replaces it.

Hole 18 basket at the mighty Z, stolen around August 12th. This is crazy and needs to stop. That you would steal from your own group of persons really just sucks and whoever is doing it needs to go find another sport to play because we sure as hell don't need or want you around us anymore. That's like ten baskets stolen in the DFW area this year alone.
I have a feeling that if we find one of the stolen baskets, we'll find more than one. Whoever is doing it needs to have their ass kicked and then turned over to the law.
I wish there was a way to get all the local courses pulled out of the ground until the baskets get returnedto their respective courses. Maybe if some of these casual players that don't realize what goes into maintaining a course got a little understanding of it, they would help put a stop to this bullshit, but oh well it doesn't cost them anything, does it?
All right I'm done ranting, because you can't fix stupid.
