ASIA OPEN 2009

This is the first time for the Asia
Open. It is our honor to have the title and host this Disc Golf
tournament in Taiwan. Thank you for supporting the Asia Open. I know
you will enjoy this trip and meet new Disc Golf friends in Taiwan.
The following is the tournament information.

into Chiang Kai-Shek international airport in Taipei, Taiwan.

Date: Feb. 7-8, 2009
Place and course : Hwa Chung Bridge Sports Park

Divisions: Men Open, Women Open, Men Grand Master (50+)
Prize Money: Men Open only, US$500, 300, 200, 100

My offer of support to you is as follows and is only available to the
first 20 international players to confirm their travel plans with me
so please let me know your travel plans as soon as possible.
4 days and three nights
Free airport pick up (Feb. 06?)and delivery (Feb. 09), and group
traffic in Taipei area
Free hotel: two bed room http://breezy.network.com.tw/
Free food with the exception of the dinner on Feb 08 which I will ask
you to cover your dinner costs
Event entry fee is US$100 payable in cash at the event

Schedule:
Feb. 06
13:00 - 16:30: Practice Round
18:30 - 22:00: Dinner and Taipei 101 area tour

Feb. 07
08:00 -09:00: Register and opening ceremony
09:00 -12:00: First round (18 holes)
12:00 -13:15: Lunch break
13:15 - 16:30: Second Round (18 holes)
18:30 - 22:00: Dinner and river sightseeing

Feb.08
08:30 - 11:30: Third round (18 holes)
11:30 -12:45: Lunch Break
12:45 -14:15: Semi final (9 holes, cut to half)
14:30 - 16:00: Final (9 holes, final 4 players)
16:00 - 16:30: closing ceremony
18:30 - 22:00: Taipei International Lantern Festival

If you would like to arrive early or stay longer please let me know
and I can arrange your accommodations (at your expense) for you.
